Reviews and Ratings
The Water Club At Borgata is a clean, quiet, and smoke-free hotel with great service at check-in, but the rooms are in desperate need of an immediate makeover. The dining experience can be affordable and satisfying, however, some servers may be overworked and inattentive.
My stay at the Waterclub was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were showing signs of wear and age, not very clean, and felt past their prime. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The location is quiet and stately, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience left much to be desired due to limited service. The facilities are adequate but could use some refurbishment.
The hotel boasts floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides but needs a significant upgrade as it doesn't quite live up to a luxurious standard. The service is friendly but shows signs of aging. The location is convenient with nice amenities, though you may experience longer-than-expected wait times. The dining experience varies, with some delicious options but occasional service issues.
